What is a Forward View?
Companies need to create a forward view to inform their strategic decision making and predict how their audience and customers will change – attitudinally and behaviourally.
The forward view can’t exist solely in the Boardroom. It has to be seen, felt and tangibly evident throughout the whole organisation.
