As our Brand and Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s story at TrendBible, shaping how we attract, engage, and nurture our audiences.
In this role, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives, craft compelling brand messaging, and develop content that resonates with our target market. You’ll have a deep understanding of business goals and how marketing can drive revenue and growth. This is a full-time role, based in our Newcastle office, we offer hybrid and flexible working to accommodate your preferences.
Key responsibilities:-
Brand and Marketing Strategy
- Plan and prioritise brand and marketing activity which directly contributes to achieving agreed pipeline, sales and profit objectives across the TrendBible portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the TrendBible business and integrate activities to deliver relevant and timely brand assets and sales collateral to improve conversion.
- Lead all demand generation marketing activity; plan, build and execute inbound and outbound programmes to drive and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Secure and own high-profile partnership opportunities.
Data collection, reporting and analysis
- Translate data analysis into actionable sales and marketing insight and informed decision-making.
- Communicate departmental performance across the TrendBible business.
- Execute activity audits to ascertain the most impactful activity and review associated future plans to capture further success.
Team leadership
- Engage, develop, motivate and unify direct reports, hosting monthly line management sessions to ensure there is clarity relating to personal and business performance, sufficient stretch, skills development and training.
- Inform and communicate business requirements ensuring team members understand the relationship between the business objectives and specific marketing activities.
- Demonstrate the business values and leadership competencies and create a team culture and professional environment that supports these.
Budget Management
- Creation of the departmental expenditure budget in line with the annual business strategy and critical path considering campaign requirements, marketing tools, asset creation, management enhancement and team resource.

- Demonstrable track record of delivering targeted marketing and brand equity enhancement results
- Email and content marketing proficiency including SEO
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills; proficient in Google Analytics, and marketing automation – ideally HubSpot proficient
